Cancel anytime, no commitment

You can cancel your membership at any time through your customer account, our Cancel Membership page if available, or by emailing support@calhounjewelry.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership [Your Order Email]”.

No phone call is required. To avoid your next recurring charge, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date.

After cancellation, your VIP benefits may remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

Membership refunds

Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
